1.2 Incorrect Order: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong fragrance, size, or quantity), you are eligible for a return or exchange.

1.3 Non-Returnable Products: The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (due to hygiene and safety concerns).
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or products sold as part of a clearance sale.

2.1 Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 2 days from the date of delivery of your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3.2 Return Approval: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.

3.3 Return Shipping:

  • For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a courier pick-up at no cost to you.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all included items (e.g., boxes, labels, or free gifts), and in an unused condition unless the return is due to damage or defects.

7. Special Considerations for Agarbatti Products

7.1 Hygiene and Safety: Due to the consumable ( Non Edible ) nature of agarbatti, dhoop, and cones, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged. This is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

7.2 Allergic Reactions: While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including fragrance details, we are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by the use of our products. If you suspect an issue, please discontinue use and contact a doctor immediately.

7.3 Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Improperly packaged returns may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian laws.
