Shipping policy

At Patil Parimala Works Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your purchased products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Please note that applicable delivery charges may be added to your orders.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email with the order details. Once the item(s) are shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping information. The delivery is subject to delay as per the unavoidable circumstances on those locations where the delivery to be performed. Please be aware that the AWB (delivery tracking codes) might take some time to update, even though the courier may have picked up the package.

We use reputable couriers for all our deliveries. In the event that there is no courier service available in your area, we will utilise India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service to ship your items. If the address provided by you at the time of placing the order is insufficient or incorrect then the order will be taken by you with making the proper coordination with the delivery personnel/ delivery partner, if they are calling on your provided contact number.

For deliveries within India, we typically process shipments within 2 working days. The estimated delivery time may range from 2-7 working days to locations served by reputed couriers. Please note that business days do not include public holidays and Sundays.

For deliveries outside India, we typically process shipments within 2 working days. The estimated delivery time may range from 14-20 working days to locations served by reputed couriers. Please note that business days do not include public holidays and Sundays.

It is also noted that delivery attempts shall be for at least two times, if in case you are not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number is not working at the time of attempting delivery. Your order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once your placed order is marked as RTO and such order has been received by us then your refund will be initiated as per refund policy. Once your placed order is marked as RTO then it will never take re-delivery at your location, if you still want to purchase the article/goods then place the fresh order on the platform.

For Custom Incense products, which are made-to-order, shipping from our warehouse may require 7-10 days. Additional time will be needed for courier transit.
