For deliveries within India, shipments are processed within 2 working days, with estimated delivery in 2-7 working days. International shipments may take 14-20 working days. Delivery attempts will be made twice; if unsuccessful, the order will be marked RTO (Return to Origin), and a refund will be initiated.

Refunds are credited based on the original payment method. COD orders are non-refundable and only available for orders up to INR 10,000. Overseas refunds are processed within 15 working days. The company's decision on refunds is final.
